PROBLEM STATEMENT
Law firms need an efficient, user-friendly interface to manage user accounts, monitor activity, and track resource usage for informed decision-making. Current systems are often complex, limiting administrators' ability to quickly access insights and make necessary adjustments, which can hinder productivity and security. This project aims to create an intuitive UI that simplifies access to detailed reports and analytics, helping administrators monitor user behaviour, optimize resource utilization, and streamline account management. The solution will empower law firm administrators to make data-driven decisions, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain a secure, well-organized environment.

Our UX approach for Reuters’ solution to law firms focused on creating a streamlined, intuitive experience that empowered administrators with quick, clear access to critical data and management tools. By conducting user research with law firm administrators, we identified specific pain points and usability needs, which guided the design toward a responsive and accessible interface that felt both familiar and efficient. Through wireframing, prototyping, and iterative testing, we ensured the UI supported seamless navigation of reports and analytics, making complex data easily interpretable. The goal was to optimize workflows, reduce administrative effort, and enhance decision-making by aligning the design closely with user expectations, resulting in a highly efficient and secure platform tailored to law firms' operational needs.
