Chek+, an OTT service provider, faced the challenge of offering a consistent, high-quality user experience across multiple devices, including TV, mobile, and web. Their existing platform lacked a cohesive visual identity and intuitive interface, which impacted user engagement and content discovery. The goal was to deliver a tailored UX design that would enhance user satisfaction, improve navigation, and differentiate the brand in a competitive OTT market.

To tackle this, we began by understanding the client’s needs and user expectations through extensive research and collaboration. Our strategy focused on customizing the Out-of-Box (OOB) platform to create a fully tailored user interface (UI) that aligned with the brand’s vision and user needs. We prioritized a seamless experience, ensuring that content discovery and interactions were consistent across all platforms—TV, mobile, and web. By refining the navigation flow and introducing a unique visual identity, we set out to improve user engagement and ensure a polished experience that users could easily navigate.
